Member Service Consultant  

The Member Service Consultant is a licensed property and casualty agent who provides excellent customer service to existing and potential WEA Member Benefits participants by fulfilling members’ requests for personal insurance products and services through defining their needs and proposing comprehensive personal insurance and other plans that make optimal use of products offered by Member Benefits. The Member Service Consultant primarily serves as the inside contact to fulfill existing participants’ needs.

Financial Planner  

The Financial Planner is responsible for collaborating with the Vice President in expanding the scope of services through the WEA Financial Advisors, Inc. (WEA FA) program. The incumbent is also responsible for administering the program by engaging in client acquisition activities, discussing planning services with clients, analyzing client needs, recommending appropriate financial products and investments, preparing a written analysis and recommendation, and assisting with plan implementation and monitoring. In addition, the Financial Planner is responsible for maintaining program compliance.

Financial Sales / Member Benefits Consultant Supervisor  

The Member Benefits Consultant (MBC) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring superior customer service to participants, school district personnel, and internal staff by assisting in the implementation and administration of worksite benefits programs that efficiently and effectively meet the needs of participating employers, employees, and their beneficiaries. The incumbent is responsible for supervision, training, and administrative management of MBC staff and various project assignments as assigned by the Vice President.
