The Claims Representative is responsible for ensuring that all participants and claimants are treated with dignity and respect during all contact with Member Benefits, and must have thorough knowledge of the auto and home policies, claims process, and related procedures.
|Retirement and Investment Services Member Service Representative I|
The RIS Member Service Representative provides information and other services to current and potential RIS members. The incumbent will provide daily telephone coverage as operationally needed; assist members and prospective members with enrollment, contributions, distributions, and tax reporting; and provide complete and accurate information in response to their questions.
The Claims Examiner is a property and casualty claims professional who provides excellent customer service and ensures all members and claimants are treated with dignity and respect during the claims adjudication process. The incumbent must have thorough knowledge of the auto, home, and liability policies and must understand the claims process and related procedures to handle the most complex claims.
