Ana is a Worksite Benefit

Wisconsin-Madison where she graduated with a BA in International Relations and
Ana has been educating Wisconsin
Public School employees to make informed decisions about their retirement
savings options since 2004. She holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses as
well as life, health, property and casualty insurance licenses.
As a financial consultant,
Ana works with districts in her territory to help them implement no-cost
employee benefits programs. She is experienced in the following programs:
403(b)/TSA, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), and the Wisconsin Retirement
Ana is an accomplished
and effective presenter, and is available for group presentations as well
as personal consultations. She is also the primary presenter for Member
Benefits' Don't Be
Jack™ financial literacy game.
A native of Brazil, she is
fluent in Portuguese. She resides in Madison with her spouse and two young
of reference for Ana from Wausau
School District and Eau Claire Association of Educators.
Boyd has been with WEA Member
Benefits since 2002 and has been in the financial services industry since 1998.
He holds a BBA with a finance emphasis from UW-Platteville, Series 7 and 63
securities licenses as well as life, health, property and casualty insurance
licenses. He is a registered representative of WEA Investment Services, Inc., a
the Field Services department of WEA Member Benefits and also serves as a
non-commissioned consultant for school employees to provide guidance on
retirement savings and insurance plans. He presents financial seminars for
members across the state. Prior to Member Benefits, he worked for the
Department of Employee Trust Funds, which administers the state pension. His
knowledge of the Wisconsin Retirement System is an excellent resource for
members, and he presents annually at the National Institute for Financial and Economic Literacy
(NIFEL) on the
Boyd lives in Madison with
his wife and is a full-time gymnastics and dance dad for his three girls. In
his spare time he enjoys fitness and is an avid sports fan.
Sharon brings over 20 years of
Property and Casualty experience to WEA Member Benefits. Before joining Member
Benefits in July of 2001, Sharon worked for 15 years at CUNA Mutual Group.
While there, she earned her CPCU designation. Sharon helped in designing the
call center for the Bond and Commercial Property/Casualty Company. Since
coming to Member Benefits, Sharon has earned her ARM designation and
is a Registered Securities Representative. Sharon served as the President
of the Dairyland Chapter of CPCU's during 2003-2004 term.
Sharon's strengths include
her no nonsense approach to explaining the value of our programs to both
administration and union leaders. When not on the road visiting schools or
conducting seminars, she enjoys traveling and recently returned from a trip to
Thailand. In addition, she has learned to square dance, so you might see her
do-si-do-ing down your school hallways.

registered representative of WEA Investment Services, Marty works directly with
program participants and school administrators educating them on 403(b) rules
and the changing regulations. He also has a great deal of knowledge of
Wisconsin Retirement System and Roth IRA and TSA rules. Marty operates
from our office in the MTEA building at 5130

Marty has a wife and three
daughters and makes his home in Richland Center. His wife is a flight attendant
and they enjoy traveling often. If you're in the mood for a good story, ask him

As a Retirement Consultant with
WEA Member Benefits, Kelly provides school district officials with technical
expertise on their 403(b) qualified retirement plans. In addition to delivering
guidance and consulting services on 403(b) and IRS related issues to school
district administration, she also provides investment information and education
to individual participants on their individual retirement plans. Kelly
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Edgewood, and has
obtained a variety of specialty licenses including the Series 6, Series 63,
Life & Health, as well as Property & Casualty Licenses.
Additionally, she holds the Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant
credential (TGPC) from the Retirement Plan Academy. Kelly has been with
WEA Member Benefits since 2000.
