Although Lifecycle Funds can simplify investment selection, all mutual fund investing is subject to risk. Diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against loss in a declining market. Lifecycle Funds are not guaranteed and may gain or lose value now and after the target date is attained.

Keep in mind that mutual fund investments are not guaranteed and may gain or lose value. Past performance is no guarantee for future results. Future performance may be lower or higher than past performance.
